About
Who answers when the phone rings.
CallPro is one small, real company: one founder, two live lines, built in the open. An after-hours dispatch line for Buffalo property managers, and Front Desk — your own line, answered — for walk-in shops. No call center, no phone tree, no sales team, no venture-scale promises. Here's exactly who you're dealing with.

Buffalo-rooted, splitting time between Buffalo and New York City. Reachable directly, not through a queue.
Why it exists
Something breaks at 2am and the call goes to voicemail. A customer calls a shop mid-service and nobody's free to pick up. Either way, by morning it's a bigger repair, an angrier tenant, or a customer who called the next name on the list. CallPro exists to make that call turn into a better next choice: answered immediately, handled honestly, and escalated to a person when it can't wait.
How it works, honestly
Both lines are answered by an AI we built and tune ourselves, and we say so up front, on the call itself. The dispatch line answers by the second ring, walks callers through safe stabilization, and wakes the right human when the job can't wait. Front Desk takes bookings, orders, and messages for walk-in shops, and tells every caller it's recorded and AI-assisted before it does anything else. Every call is logged, and we publish the receipt from a real founder test call on our proof page rather than asking you to take our word for it. It's not a customer call, and we won't pretend it is.
We don't invent numbers. That's the whole policy.
When either line hits something it can't handle, it doesn't improvise. It captures what it heard and hands off to a person. That's the design: the machine does the answering, people make the calls that matter.
Where we are
Early, and honest about it. The dispatch line serves Buffalo and Erie County property managers, and it's free right now while we build out the network, the pricing page says exactly what that means. Front Desk, the same idea built for walk-in shops, is live too and paid from day one: a one-time setup and a small flat monthly, quoted straight before anything starts, no card on file, no invented tiers. If you'd rather judge us by evidence than copy, call the dispatch line yourself, or see Front Desk.
