On July 14, 2026 our founder called the CallPro line himself. A real problem, his own phone, no script, no rehearsal. Below is every event the system recorded, to the second. Not a studio demo.

The AI answers. First words on the tape: “Recorded, AI-assisted. If life-threatening, hang up and call 9-1-1.” Compliance out loud, on every call, before anything else.

What this is, and what it isn’t.
This was our founder’s real call to the live production line, placed as the final check after we moved the system to new servers. It is not a customer call, and we won’t pretend it is. Once the line started ringing, nobody had a script.
Every timestamp and event above is machine-recorded. Two numbers in the receipts measure two different things, so we reconcile them here rather than make you wonder. The event log spans two minutes and seventeen seconds, first ring to hang-up, which matches the timestamps you can subtract yourself. The ledger’s own duration_seconds field reads 128.4, the connected-call meter, which runs a few seconds short of the wall-clock between the first and last events. Both are in the raw file. Neither is rounded to flatter us.
The receipts file below is what our ledger holds, with five fields blacked out: the caller’s phone number, the service address, the lead id, the dispatched contractor, and the call’s system id. That last one because our dispatch pages key on it, and we don’t hand out live keys.
